1 Customer Terms and Conditions
Certificate Licenses
Each certificate, the National Certificate in STEM Teaching (NCST) and the National Certificate in STEM Excellence (NCSE) requires its own license.
Every candidate for the NCST must purchase their own, individual license to complete the NCST. Every school or campus must purchase their own, individual school license to complete the NCSE.
Certificate licenses remain active for one year following their purchase. Work completed in the digital portfolio should be saved and downloaded at this time.
Permitted Use
The National Institute for STEM Education and Accelerate Learning, Inc. grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license, during the term of this agreement to use the content solely for educational purposes and only with authorized users paid for by the customer. Customer may not sell, sublicense, disclose, assign, or transfer the online content.
Copyright Protection
The National Certificate for STEM Education and Accelerate Learning, Inc. retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to its copyrighted materials.
Product Returns/Exchanges
No refunds or cancellations for online products.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to access to the online certificate.
Freight Charges
There are no freight charges for online products.
User Information
The National Institute for STEM Education and Accelerate Learning, Inc reserves the right to collect, store and report all user information for district purchased certificates.
Professional Development/Training
A purchase order or letter of intent must be received 7 days in advance of the training date (14 days outside of Texas) in order to schedule additional professional development to extend the resources within the campus certificate.

Specifically prohibited is the sharing of any materials found on this website. A user’s profile may be shared under their discretion and control. Inappropriate use will not be tolerated. Authorized Users may only use the website for the specific purposes intended. Accelerate Learning reserves the right to discontinue any users privilege’s, use of products and services for any reason.
All other entities, or persons, other than employees of schools that are currently licensed users, whether public or private, educational or non-educational, MUST obtain written approval from Accelerate Learning, Inc. to reproduce or use materials found on this website and will be required to enter into a license agreement that may invoice the payment of a licensing fee or a royalty fee.
